## Cause

Some Carfax behavior requires confirmation directly with the Carfax team.

## Resolution

1. Send your specific question to Shift support — include the VIN and what you're seeing vs. expecting.
2. We'll reach out to the Carfax team for clarification and update you when we have an answer.
3. If your issue is time-sensitive, mention that and we'll prioritize the back-and-forth.
