How to log out of Shift
Customer can't find the logout option.
Problem
Customer can't find the logout option.
Cause
The logout button is reached by clicking the profile icon in the bottom-left corner. Clicking the box around the icon (without clicking the icon itself) doesn't open the menu.
Resolution
- Click directly on your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the Shift web app.
- Click 'Log out' from the menu that appears.
