I don't see a chat box or place to type my message
Customer is on a Shift page but doesn't see anywhere to type a chat or support message.
Problem
Customer is on a Shift page but doesn't see anywhere to type a chat or support message.
Cause
The chat widget didn't load, usually because the page was opened from a stale tab or backgrounded for a long time.
Resolution
- Refresh the page.
- The chat box will reappear in the bottom corner.
- If it still doesn't appear, fully reload the tab (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) or clear browser cache.
