Print a maintenance summary for a customer


A printable maintenance summary in the Shift web app isn't currently available. We're working on a 'service plan' feature that combines historical and forward-looking recommendations and will be printable.

Resolution
  1. There's no built-in print/PDF button on the maintenance tab today.
  2. As a workaround, use your browser's Print function (Ctrl/Cmd+P) on the maintenance tab, or screenshot the recommendations.
  3. The repair order itself can be printed from Tekmetric as usual.
  4. The 'service plan' feature is on the roadmap — let support know what fields are most important for your customer handout (services, due dates, mileage, prices, disclaimer text, etc.) so we can prioritize.
